Okay, go here:

This guy is one of my FAVORITE cartoonists. First of all, his color schemes. Hot diggity. Second of all, how he is able to encapsulate action within panels. And third, that last line. "It's me you should fear, you stupid, dead things." Every time I see that I want to go stab an orc or something.
I'm thinking about using his coloring techniques for my comic though. As time goes on the watercolors seem less and less likely. Ah well. My bamboo tablet and I will use the opportunity to get closer. He uses line shading like I've been doing for Inktober, and then he just uses these big chunks of color strategically. There are some gradients and shading done with color, but mostly he just uses vibrance to differentiate between the foreground and background.
Pretty keen I think.
