Working on pages over Christmas break is difficult when the watercolor paper you brought gets destroyed due to airport personnel leaving your suitcase outside for a half hour in mixed sleet and snow conditions. I know that it was a half hour because I had a window seat that allowed me to view my suitcase getting soaked through. Thank god I didn't bring any of my completed pages.
Back to work regardless. Starting from where I left off, drawing pages and writing script and giving myself hourly pep talks so I don't run out of the IP studios and join the circus.
There is a new addition to my studio in the form of this little guy to the left. He was a Christmas present from one of my best pals, and I got to say that I'm thrilled to have some sort of cephalopod in my studio. Even if it's a plastic one.
Back to work.
